Causes close to the hearts of Georgia Masons

Relief is one of the great tenets of Freemasonry. Here is our Grand Lodge, along with causes the Masons of Georgia have supported for generations. Please consider learning more about their work, or giving if you are able.

Grand Lodge of Georgia

Free & Accepted Masons · Macon, Georgia

The Grand Lodge of Georgia, Free and Accepted Masons, is the governing body of Freemasonry in our state. Springfield Lodge No. 440 works under its charter, and the Grand Lodge oversees the Masonic Children’s Home and the charitable work of Georgia’s lodges.

Masonic Children’s Home of Georgia

Macon, Georgia

Since 1905, the Masonic Home of Georgia in Macon has given a home and care to more than 2,100 Georgia children in need. It is supported by the Masons of Georgia and governed by trustees from each of the state’s twelve Masonic districts.

Shriners Children’s

Shriners Hospitals for Children

Founded by the Shriners, a fraternity whose members are Master Masons, Shriners Children’s is a network of pediatric hospitals giving specialized care to children with orthopedic conditions, burns, spinal cord injuries and cleft lip and palate, regardless of a family’s ability to pay.

Valley of Savannah Scottish Rite

Ancient & Accepted Scottish Rite · Savannah, Georgia

Founded in 1802, the Valley of Savannah is one of the oldest Scottish Rite Valleys in the country. Master Masons may continue their Masonic journey through its degrees, and the Valley supports the RiteCare Center and the Scottish Rite Foundation of Georgia.

RiteCare® Center for Communication Disorders

Georgia Southern University, Armstrong Campus · Savannah, Georgia

Supported by the Savannah Scottish Rite Masons, the RiteCare Center helps children and adults with speech, language and hearing disorders. Services are provided by supervised graduate students in speech-language pathology, and fees are suggested contributions, not requirements. RiteCare is part of a nationwide network of Scottish Rite clinics begun in 1950.
